As we work towards race day, use your legs to guide your mileage.  If they feel rested and strong, continue to follow the schedule.  If they are feeling tired, don't be afraid to reduce mileage or shorten a few workouts to get that extra rest. Email or chat with your coaches if you feel like you need to reduce mileage so we can work with you to tweak your schedule! ...
